Weight loss injections are not yet available in Wolverhampton on NHS prescription unless you meet very specific criteria. We have a health and wellbeing team and a dietician available if you would like to discuss weight loss further. Year 1 (2025/26) Eligibility - Access from 23rd June 2025

People who can get Mounjaro:

• Have a BMI of 40 or more (or 37.5 for people from minority ethnic backgrounds),
• And have obstructive sleep apnoea on CPAP (or where CPAP is not tolerated)

And have at least three of the following long-term conditions:

• Type 2 diabetes
• High blood pressure (hypertension)
• Cardiovascular disease
• Dyslipidaemia
