Appointment Booking Changes
As of Monday 20/1/2025 we will be changing our booking process for on the day appointments.
All appointments, morning and afternoon, will be available to book from 8:30am.
You will not be asked to call back at 2pm for an on the day afternoon appointment and this is to ensure that you are not having to call twice for an appointment for the same day.
We ask that if you require an urgent appointment that you call us at 8:30am and not 2pm as the likelihood will be that the appointments have gone by this time.
Our reception team are trained in care navigation and will be triaging calls as usual, if you have one of the following problems and fit the age range you can be seen by a local pharmacy without an appointment for treatment.
