This will help the NHS plan its response to coronavirus by showing where the virus is spreading and how it affects people.
The practice has a patient participation group who meet quarterly. We are constantly looking for new members to be involved in making improvements for the practice.
We are looking for a wide range of patients, young, retired, workers, mothers and fathers, people with long term medical conditions and from all ethnic backgrounds.
